The Elite Cheer & Dance Center (EDCD) started in 1997 with the forming of the first Eastern Washington Senior Elite Dance Team and the Tri City Stars Youth Dance/Cheer team. After moving around from various school gyms and recreation centers, we found a home 5 years ago for the current ECDC. 

   ECDC is committed to teaching quality dance, cheerleading and tumbling fundamentals to all ages.  We provide an outlet for development through recreation and performance. Our program stresses self esteem, accelerated skill development and expression through a combined educational and artistic approach. Our facility offers an injury preventing suspended dance floor and a spring floor for cheerleading and tumbling. With two comfortable parent viewing areas, The Elite Center is a warm, family friendly environment for any student or parent. We specialize in mentoring our graduating seniors to help them secure college scholarships and provide audition information for all types of cheer & dance programs. Our students have FUN, progress towards higher levels of skill at a very fast pace and we have over a 95% success rate at placing our dancers in college programs with scholarships, on professional teams or in dance/cheer related jobs.

   Our goal is to push each student to their fullest potential while working in a positive environment that enables the student to develop self confidence and pride.  We appreciate parent involvement and look for a variety of ways our parents can get involved.  ECDC is interested in what your future goals are as a dancer or cheerleader.  Whether it is dancing just for fun, cheering for your high school team, performing on a college team and earning a scholarship or dancing at the professional level…we want to make it happen for you. 

   Our students are recognized for their skill and confidence.  While some dance/cheer for mainly for fun, many of our former students have gone on to study dance in Seattle, Los Angeles and New York.  Many of our former students have dance/cheered at:
